I loved the care put into the furnishings, especially how the chandeliers and key rings echo the two concentric circles shown on the convent walls. Even the room names, like "The Stall" and "The Cistern," nod to the building's former use and add to its charm. The apartment was cozy, perfectly heated, clean, and well stocked with sheets, towels, and even a hairdryer.

Just a few meters from the Grotto of St. Michael the Archangel, and only steps from the town center's bar-restaurant-pizzeria. The residence is reached from Via Madonna di Fatima, where the Carabinieri station is. Its spacious rooms are in a 16th-century Franciscan convent, and many have a stovetop.

The former convent has a unique charm, though there are a few small drawbacks, including damp. The mini apartments are laid out well and have everything you might need. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The comfort here is out of the ordinary, and the welcome is warm and helpful. Even in the hottest summer months, the fresh breeze lifts your spirits and refreshes body and mind. There are several springs nearby, which give the place a magical feeling, and the whole setting is mystical and completely tranquil.
