The bathroom was one open space, so a shower left the whole floor flooded, and the bed was really uncomfortable. The room itself was poor. We arrived without a booking after seeing an available room on ebookers, but the man at reception quoted us much more than the price listed there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It felt more like a two-star place than a three-star one, and it was especially disappointing to have this experience on holiday in beautiful Ischia.

Antonio made us feel very welcome at the Bar. The bruschetta and drinks were amazingly good, and his friendly manner was the complete opposite of the bar across the street. He speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish. A blissful experience, thank you!

We were hotel guests, but when we tried to use the bathroom a rude woman yelled that it wasn't a bar and we couldn't go in. No one had come to greet us when we arrived, so we'd gone straight to the bathroom. The service was awful, unhelpful and rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Good value for the price, with a spotless place, a great location and a lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere.

I spent ten days here and would happily return. The owners were kind and always attentive to what I needed, and the seafood dishes were authentic, delicious and generous. My room was spotless, had a fantastic sea view, and the linens were changed every day. A lovely, relaxing stay on a beautiful island.
