Roberto, the owner, is very available if you ask for anything. The dogs are calm and wag their tails; they can react to fear, which they may read as hostility, but they aren't aggressive. Cleanliness could be better, though if you mention it, he sorts it out right away. Privacy is the bigger problem: Roberto comes in without knocking, and we've also found him entering when we weren't there, even when cleaning wasn't due. Last night, he came in at 12:20 AM, and I saw him in the kitchen while I was taking notes. That's pretty rude.

The room door has no key, and the bed creaks at the slightest movement and isn't comfortable. The kitchen fridge was dirty, and the shower stops running when the owner turns on water downstairs. Staff are kind and helpful, but the place is very poor for the price. Attention to detail is needed.

Breakfast is very basic and self-service, and I could barely find a teaspoon for coffee in the kitchen. There's nowhere to shelter a bike. The place itself is spartan, cleanliness is questionable, and the dogs in the garden seemed somewhat aggressive.

It's a little out of the way, but if you like peace and quiet, this is the place. Everything else was fine, though the shower water was very limited.

It's in a really strategic spot, away from the noise, and very quiet. The rooms are a little neglected, but the owner is very kind and helpful.
