Villa Des Reves

The hosts and their remarkable service deserve a special thank you. Breakfast was excellent, with produce from their own garden, and dinner was really good too. Their well-kept garden made a romantic setting for dinner. It was our first trip to the area and our first trip after the COVID peak, and it was heartbreaking to see such a lovely place with lots of rooms and so few guests. The place has clearly been around for some years, but everything was very clean and we didn't find anything missing. A very cute spot in the mountains.

Our family loved this hidden gem in Italy. It's a lovely family-run hotel in a beautiful setting, with a lovely garden and perfect service. The restaurant is excellent, and everything is homemade and delicious.

Everything else was okay, but my whirlpool bath didn't work.

Poggio di Casalucense Hotel Des Rêves made our family feel at home, despite being far from home. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful natural scenery gave us a memorable stay we'll look back on fondly. We travelled from London to Sant’Elia Fiumerapido on June 6, 2026, for my niece's wedding, and the hotel comfortably fitted all ten of us. It exceeded our hopeful expectations. Tonino's wife made outstanding meals, full of authentic local flavour and prepared with fresh ingredients and evident passion. Tonino, the owner, greeted us warmly and was kind, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. He treated us more like old friends than guests, and every request was handled with courtesy and care, making the stay relaxing and stress-free. The property was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can, and wholeheartedly recommend it for its hospitality, food, and memorable stay.
