We were just passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. The manager was welcoming and very kind. The house is beautiful, up in the hills with a view of the Ocean. It felt like home, with comforts like a coffee machine and kettle. A really lovely place to stay.

Barbara is kind and attentive, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade muffins and a donut. The place is comfortable, well kept, and spotless. Parking on site is limited. Highly recommended.

The owner makes breakfast with real passion, and the welcome is warm, attentive, and discreet. The property is comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. It’s very conveniently located just off the highway, near both the city and the sea. There are three ensuite rooms overlooking the countryside, each clean and equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and window screens. My room was a little small, but enough for just the two of us, and the bathroom was very spacious. I highly recommend it.

Barbara is so welcoming, and she spoils you with her homemade breakfast cakes. The place is beautiful, set among the Marche hills, and has everything you need. A very positive experience, highly recommended.

Barbara and Roberto are wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The place is spotless and they’ve taken great care with the details. Breakfast was fantastic, especially Barbara’s homemade crostata. We spent a week here, enjoying the sunrise from this beautiful spot in the hills, just a few kilometers from the sea. We came by motorcycle, and it’s a great base for motorcyclists wanting to explore the villages, roads, and fantastic views. Stefano and Paola
