We stayed in the blue apartment, which was clean, colourful, and really nice. Leo was so kind when he welcomed us. He also recommended a great Tuscan restaurant downtown and booked it for us. Thanks, Leo!

The host was very friendly, and there’s safe parking inside the premises at no charge. It’s close to everyday needs, and the place was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. A very good place to stay.

We were there from August 16th to 21st and really liked the place. It’s clean, welcoming, nicely furnished, and well stocked. The owner was friendly and helpful, and recommended some excellent local restaurants. It’s 2 km from the sea, but everything is easy to reach. Porto Sant'Elpidio has plenty of free parking along the seafront, so finding a spot was easy. Highly recommended! 😁

The owner puts his heart and soul into everything, and he’s incredibly kind. The apartment is stunning and spotless, with spacious rooms, a large bathroom with everything you could want, and a living room and kitchen equipped with every comfort. There’s also a small terrace and plenty of parking. Congratulations, 110/110 with honors!

A really well-kept B&B, spotless and thought through down to the smallest details. There were even drinks in the fridge, though you pay for them separately. It’s ideal for a family, very close to the sea and the motorway exit. Compliments to the owner.
