The room itself was roomy and clean, and the owner was kind and ready to help. We only stayed one night in a room for four. A few things need attention, including loose sockets, a wobbly toilet seat, the shared areas needing better cleaning, and a hairdryer that barely worked. The worst part was a dog barking beneath our window through the night. Still, I’d recommend the place.

I barely slept during either of my two nights because a dog kept barking all night. On top of that, noise carried between rooms, and one side of the mattress sagged.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh croissants and very good coffee and cappuccino. The owners were warm and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the place is handy for getting to Sant'Elpidio a Mare and Porto Sant'Elpidio. We'd gladly come back. Highly recommended.

Giuseppe and Catia made our nearly week-long stay feel like home with their smiles and kindness. They also suggested lovely places to see nearby, and we appreciated those tips a lot. Our room was clean, the bathroom had a sensory shower, and the private parking area was under video surveillance. We’ll definitely return.

We were there for just a night and had a lovely stay. Breakfast was spot on, and the room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower. The owners were professional, helpful, and really friendly. We’ll be back for sure.
