Right by the ski slopes, so the location is ideal. The decor is beautiful, the staff were kind and helpful, and the food was really good too. No complaints, I'll visit again.

I'm staying at Hotel Genzianella for work during the 2026 Winter Olympics under a state contract. I've already been here 13 days and have 15 more to go, so this isn't a holiday stay, but I've felt welcomed and respected like an important guest. The restaurant has been a pleasure every day. The food is extraordinary, carefully prepared, made with top-quality ingredients, and consistently good. The staff are another real strength: courteous, respectful, helpful, and always there without being intrusive. After so many days, that mutual respect makes the stay feel peaceful. The rooms are spotless, tidy, and fresh-smelling every day, with steady attention to detail. The hotel's organization and willingness to accommodate work needs also make a difference. I feel listened to and looked after. Hotel Genzianella combines professionalism, passion, and humanity. I'd recommend it for business or a quality stay, and it's a dependable place even during a demanding event like the 2026 Winter Olympics. I'd return without hesitation. It deserves top marks.

Our room was warm, spacious, clean, and tidy, and the hotel is very well placed, close to the Deborah Compagnoni slope. Renato and Laura are two SPECIAL people. Thanks to the chef and assistant chef for the delicious meals, and greetings to Debora, who's lovely and always helpful, Pavel, and the gentleman in the dining room for being so kind. And a big hello to little Andrea 🥰, who'll celebrate her first birthday in a few days. Best wishes to Mom and Dad, and happy 2026 to everyone!
