The weather was awful, with rain pouring down and only one bar open, so we spent hours relaxing in our room. Gabriella was so friendly, gave us a beautiful room, and helped with our questions. Breakfast was wonderful too, with great coffee, cold meats, and toast.

The service was fabulous throughout. The person who checked us in was especially helpful, reserved a parking space for us, and really made us feel looked after. The staff were all friendly and gave the kind of service you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. We had a huge room, the biggest we'd had in 2.5 weeks in Italy, with an interesting shower. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of local treats to try, and a view of the sea. Villa Raffaella is a charming historic manor close to the beach, with lovely old-fashioned details and some nice modern touches. The rooftop could be put to better use, and it would've been nice to have a room on the second floor with a view instead of on the ground floor.

Awful place to stay. The staff weren't helpful, the rooms were full of insects, and ours smelled bad. The bathroom was old. I asked for tea, and they brought lukewarm water and charged me €5. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
