Lunch downstairs is a real institution: hearty food that hits the spot after a morning on the slopes. I can't fault it. The family-run feel is lovely, and the hotel has a unique bit of history. The renovations are decent, and the new pool and outdoor jacuzzi are nice additions. The ski-in, ski-out access is especially handy for families with kids. Dinner is a different story. They're aiming for fancy, but the portions are small, the flavor falls short, and the food quality, including the meat, is poor. Breakfast was a bit of a joke. We had to send back raw boiled eggs three days in a row, and the family next to us had the same problem. The chef couldn't make poached eggs either. In a high-end property, getting those basics right matters. I like the family atmosphere, but high-end prices should come with service to match, and there's some catching up to do. They need to raise their dinner and breakfast game to meet the standard they're aiming for.

Our ski trip to Val Gardena was made especially memorable by the snow cat ride with Noah. The location was ideal for getting to the slopes, and the recently renovated rooms were beautiful, cozy, carefully designed, and impeccably built. The photos don't really do them justice. Service was exceptional throughout, and the staff took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy our holiday. The food was excellent, and the warm hospitality made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay at Cendevaves hotel and will definitely return.

We booked two nights, then added three more because we were having such a good time. Family Stuffer were kind and helpful, and their recommendations were great. Mama Stuffer even planned out all our hiking routes. Enzo, the driver, and the friendly host at breakfast and dinner, along with the rest of the staff, made a real effort to welcome us. The menu changes daily and the food is fresh, so go for half board, it's absolutely worth it. After a long hike, the spa was a lovely way to unwind before the evening. We found it hard to leave and can't wait to come back someday!

We had five nights here at the beginning of October, and it was just what we hoped for: a peaceful, luxurious escape with beautiful scenery. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious. Everything felt calm. A perfect stay if you want to get away from the world.

The views, room, staff, and food were all amazing. We also loved the shuttle service, the heated pool and jacuzzi, and the fire pit at the bar. An absolutely stunning hotel. Can't fault it, 10/10, highly recommended!
