Residence Villa Genziana

We spent a lovely week at Villa Genziana in Santa Cristina in September 2023, and would gladly return on our next Val Gardena trip. The owners were friendly and always ready to help. The residence came from a full renovation of the guesthouse in 2019, and its apartments are now beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. Ours was spacious, tastefully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. Guests can use a washing machine in the laundry room. The location, on the main road, worked really well: shops and supermarkets are nearby, with Despar just below and Conad a little farther up near the two main bus stops. We could also walk to the Monte Pana chairlift and the Col Raiser gondola. In summer, the free "Val Gardena Mobil Card" let us use public transport and leave the car parked in front of the residence for the whole week.

The family running the apartments were so kind, and their suggestions for places to eat and buy local products were invaluable. We were there as a couple for a week and had a wonderful stay. The spacious apartments were clean, and the central location gave us access to several hiking trails. Excellent value for money. If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again.

The Tublà apartment is spacious enough for a moderately sized group, and it’s a lovely option if you’d rather not stay in a hotel. It’s conveniently located on the town’s main street, fairly close to the bus stop. The owner is kind and always available.

Restaurants and bars are within 100 meters, thanks to the residence’s central location. The building is new, with carefully done furnishings and finishes. The owners are very kind and attentive to what guests need. Highly recommended.
