Sagittarius Mare

The host was very helpful, and cleanliness was standard. We skipped the breakfast option. The property is well maintained, with spacious rooms and a very large veranda. Its location is a real plus, just 20 meters from the beach.

The apartment’s location was the one good thing. We arrived at 7 PM, but nobody came to check us in. I ended up cleaning myself because there was dust and hair everywhere. The fridge didn’t work properly and we had to throw away €50 worth of meat; the sheets didn’t match, the washing machine and TVs couldn’t be used, and there was no Wi-Fi. After other vacationers told me they had the same problems, I raised them with the woman managing the place. Her arrogant answer was, “I DON’T KNOW.” She was rude and unprofessional, and we left very disappointed. We won’t come back.

The outdoor shower has hot water, even in the evening, which was a real plus. The apartment was comfortable and had what we needed, though the TV could be better. Sagittarius Mare is right on the beach, in a strategic spot, and the property has a lot of potential. We’re happy to return and will do so.

The owners were very helpful, and the location on Casuzze beach is fantastic. Since it was the end of the season, a few things needed attention: the shower leaked, a room bulb had burned out, and the gas lighter was broken. It’s also a shame there are no loungers to enjoy the lovely terrace by the sea.
