They cancelled less than 24 hours before we were due to stay, even though we’d booked everything months ahead. With it being school holidays and places already booked, we’ve had to spend nearly 10 times as much. It’s ridiculous that we had to put in all that time and effort at such short notice. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

We’d paid the full amount when booking online, but on the day we were meant to stay, they cancelled and left us unsure what to do. A really bad experience. Don’t book here!
