Breakfast was great and tailored to us, and the rooms were clean. The location is central, with tons to do nearby. The whole family was so helpful whenever we needed anything. They also arranged a private dinner and booked us a private boat ride around the island. Such a relaxing, amazing stay.
The view over Salina's deep blue ocean is so stunning you could stare at it forever. Halgoduria is a beautiful little haven, just a few minutes' walk from the port and center, and about a 15-minute lovely walk to Lingua. The intimate B&B is run by a wonderful Sicilian family. They made my father and me feel at home right away, and everything was so clean. Their sons also run an intimate seafood restaurant at the port. We were grateful to find what was probably the only truly authentic, flavoursome seafood restaurant in Salina, where simple food, flavour, and talent come together. Staying at Halgoduria exceeded our expectations, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you Maria Giorgio Celeste Giovanni and Gianmarco Isma and Ivana.
Halgoduria has a rustic character and a real sense of soul, while still feeling cozy, welcoming, and carefully maintained. Everything was spotless and looked after down to the details. Our stay was perfect, well beyond what we expected. We'd recommend it to anyone coming to Salina.
The marina view is lovely, and the owner and staff were so nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I'd recommend the place without hesitation.
Maria and George made us feel so welcome at Halgoduria. The view is spectacular, and it's easy to walk into town for dinner or shopping. We spent 5 nights here and hope to come back.
