Feudo del Biviere

A real privilege to spend a holiday here. The property is tucked among olive trees and vineyards, with such complete quiet that it’s easy to relax and recharge. The staff were incredibly lovely and made us feel right at home. We loved it, thank you so much!

Dinner deserves a special mention, it was excellent and there was plenty of it. We also loved relaxing in the jacuzzi at sunset with the vineyards in view. At Feudo Del Biviere, the site manager gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the estate and the vineyards around the hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

We came with nine other family members to see some family sights in western Sicily, and the staff connected us with Tabi, a local guide who was a huge help arranging tours and transportation. She’s the best! The people working at the property were wonderful and extremely helpful, and our rooms were clean with great views of the grounds. The beds were probably the most comfortable we had in all of Italy. That’s no exaggeration compared with the other two hotels on our trip, in Taormina and Rome. Feudo is such a unique, special hidden gem in western Sicily. The food at two of our dinners was among the best we had on the trip, maybe the best. One of those dinners was a cooking class we took part in. We can’t recommend Feudo enough and will definitely come back next time we’re in western Sicily!

The spacious rooms had a lovely modern design, and the on-site restaurant was a highlight. I had incredible Sicilian dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Feudo del Biviere in Santa Ninfa is set in a beautiful nature reserve, a peaceful spot with plenty of Sicilian charm. Owners Domenico and Vito welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. It was an unforgettable stay, a great choice for a relaxing break with good food and genuine hospitality.
