With ferries canceled because of the weather, the host still refused to refund us and wouldn’t be flexible. Nobody answered the phone. I can’t recommend this place, especially since this kind of weather happens often in the area.

We booked three rooms and everything worked out perfectly. The service and location were good, and the price was reasonable too. I'd recommend it.

The room itself was actually nice, but when we walked in there was a strong wet-dog smell. I raised it with the property, and the “Manager” Paolo came over, called me a liar in a rude, dismissive way, then said he'd clean the room since nothing else was available. His attitude made me choose to lose the money I'd paid rather than stay there. P.S. He canceled my reservation straight away, so I couldn't leave a review on the booking site. Dishonest!!!

The host was warm and helpful, and there's free parking right by the entrance. It's a really convenient spot for getting around on foot. The room felt new and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere, a spacious bathroom and a lovely private balcony. We'd come back if we're ever in Santa Teresa di Gallura again.

We spent 10 days here, and the rooms were clean and the service was truly exceptional. It's right in the city center, which is a great location. Thanks to everyone, Simone, the girlfriend, and Paolo's mother, for spoiling us. Paolo was so polite and kind too. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back.
