La Fattoria dei Sibillini

The views are amazing, and the place is so quiet. It’s close to several trails and tourist spots, including Monte Sibilli, which I highly recommend hiking. There’s parking, the area feels very safe, and town is nearby for shopping, a local restaurant, or a gas station. Fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available, along with everything else you need. I was amazed by the place and the staff, and it’s a really nice base for a visit to the region.

The drive to the farm climbs along winding roads, so take your time and enjoy the wonderful views. It’s a way out from the nearest town, though that can be a welcome escape from everyday chaos. We still found places for a nice meal in Montemonaco and shopping in Amandola. Parking is available, the location is quiet and serene, and the prices are reasonable. You can choose a modern, very clean bedroom with a bathroom, or ask whether one of the apartments is available. Up a flight of stairs, those have charming old-fashioned rooms that made the place even more appealing for our family. On the private road below, a table and chairs let you sit and take in everyday life. The star of the stay was Nonna Carla, who treated us like family and happily chatted with us. Be sure to try her ricotta, it’s delicious and much sought after locally. The whole hardworking family did everything they could to make our visit enjoyable. We found the accommodation comfortable, the facilities adequate, and the host helpful and charming. It would suit couples or families, and we’d certainly recommend it and hope to return.

We came across this property by chance for a weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful, nature-filled setting. The owner was very kind and showed us around the stables, explaining a lot about the animals. We even got to milk a cow and feed a little calf, which was a unique experience. Our accommodation was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

There are several nearby trails, with lovely hiking options for adults and families. We stayed for two days with three friends, and the receptionist was very polite. The farm was well run and surrounded by greenery. Our room was simple but had what we needed for a relaxing stay, including a TV, complimentary water, and tea.
