The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions. Even though it was our first stay, they waived the damage deposit. Laundry service is available at all hours, even at night, and beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away by car. It's a welcoming, quiet residence with well-appointed rooms that met our expectations and gave us privacy. It's also a good option for people with disabilities, since many of the ground-floor apartments are accessible.

A very quiet residence just outside Santa Teresa di Gallura. The grounds are neat, clean, and well cared for, with two beautiful pools and loungers on the lawn.

We rented an apartment for all of July. For the first fortnight, there were hardly any other guests, then from the second week on the residence filled up, with almost all the guests being Italian. Both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are beautiful. Most look either onto the pools in the center of the village or outward toward the road leading to the village. The residence is at the entrance to Santa Teresa, on the left as you arrive. It's close to useful amenities, including a gas station on the road, a supermarket, and various shops just outside the village walls.

A great place for a vacation, with apartments, two large swimming pools, and private parking. The town center is just a few steps away, and it's a 1km walk through the village and church square to the sea. Highly recommended.
