Our showerhead broke into pieces as soon as we used it. The owner couldn't repair it before we left after two nights, and offered a discount for the inconvenience, which we accepted. Four days later, after we posted an honest review on Booking, he immediately charged the remaining amount to our credit card, the part he'd offered to discount. He then messaged us on WhatsApp saying we didn't deserve any courtesy.

Everything was perfect during our stay, and I don't understand the negative comments. The place is close to bars and restaurants, but the best part is how near it is to the beach. Thanks, Massimo!

There's parking nearby, and the location is really central. Too bad there's no kitchen, and one of the beds was damaged.

The room is very large, with a fairly big fridge, air conditioning, and a little street-facing balcony you enter from. Il Grottino is right next door. I'd rate it highly, and the pizza there is the best in Santa Teresa Gallura. I checked, the pizzaiolo is Made in Naples. Massimo is a really nice, serious host who makes you feel at ease and explains a few things. Since he's thoughtful, he'll call a few times to check how things are going or whether you need anything. Trust him, he's genuinely nice. Ajo, see you next time, Massimo.

It's an easy walk to both the town center and the beautiful Rena Bianca beach. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works properly. The place has been recently renovated with taste and care, and feels welcoming. Massimo, the owner, was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Thanks again!
