Felix Hotels - Hotel La Coluccia

We had a really peaceful stay, and I'd definitely come back. The beach is easy to reach, and the water is great for swimming and snorkeling. From the quiet hotel grounds, you can see the beach, sea and La Maddalena islands through the trees. Our room was compact, with a comfortable large bed, cute lighting and a small balcony with a side view of the sea through trees and bushes. We enjoyed the birdsong. The bathroom was roomy, with a large shower and a modern look that still fit the hotel. Everything was lovely, and the staff were helpful and very efficient. Book the meals if you can. We found dinner delicious every night, with a good range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.

From booking onward, the staff paid close attention to what we needed. The hotel is immaculate, with lovely gardens, beautiful rooms, and a balcony or piazza space outside each room. Jasmine, rosemary, flowers and trees make the grounds fragrant, and the pool is pristine. The Mediterranean is just a few steps away, with views toward Maddalena Island. The staff are attentive, the meals are fabulous, and the comfortable setting made it easy to rest, relax and have fun. A remote escape on beautiful Sardinia that we won't forget.

We enjoyed the quiet, somewhat remote setting for our four-night family visit. The intimate resort exceeded our expectations, and the staff were first class and very accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean, and we liked having the beach bar in the evenings. Breakfast was very good. Though many guests ate at the restaurant each night, the pool menu was available until 6pm and had some great pasta and simple dishes for families. Parking is limited, and the location may not suit you if you want several dining options nearby. I believe some renovations have been done since earlier reviews. Great resort for a short stay.

We can't wait to come back. The staff and rooms were amazing, and breakfast on the deck was a treat, with views over the pool and beach. The hotel looks out over Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands, and has its own umbrellas and chairs on the beach. There's also a snack bar and a boat rental place there. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
