Enjoy Roma

The staff member, possibly the owner, was really nice and helpful, and there are lots of shops and restaurants right nearby. For the price, it was a decent place to sleep while spending the day exploring Rome. The room was clean but old and very basic. It had a kettle and cups, but no coffee or tea, even though coffee and tea making facilities were advertised. The door locks used an app that was temperamental at times. It was also advertised as a bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was available.

The best thing here is the location, very close to the Vatican and the museums. It’s an apartment with rooms and small bathrooms, without a reception or breakfast. There was a strange smell just inside the flat. Our room was small and basic, though it had a small fridge, electric kettle, small TV, and A/C, which we didn’t use. The bathroom was tiny and old, and the shower in the green room had black mold where the silicone should be. We might have put up with all of that if we’d been able to rest. The doors slam loudly and don’t block noise, so we heard guests coming and going and could hear everything. We were woken up on two of our three nights. The owner can’t control when guests arrive or how noisy they are, but it’s something other travelers should know. A cleaning lady was also cleaning a room between 6-7AM on Sunday. We didn’t enjoy the stay and would choose somewhere else next time.

The location is perfect, though the Wi-Fi is awful. The room’s okay if you’re all tiny.

The apartment we rented was good, and it was clean, easy to find, and close to the subway. The hospitality was very good too. The bathroom could be better, but everything else was good for an acceptable price.
