Ville Conca Verde

The staff were helpful and very efficient, and the sea was wonderful for swimming and snorkelling, with easy access. From the hotel, there are lovely views through the trees to the beach, the sea, and the La Maddalena archipelago. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area. Our room was compact, with a comfortable large bed, cute lighting, and a little balcony looking sideways toward the sea through trees and bushes. We enjoyed the birdsong. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a large shower, while still suiting the hotel’s style. Breakfast and dinner are worth booking. Each evening meal was delicious, with good meat, fish, and vegetarian options. A very peaceful stay, and we’ll definitely return.

From booking onward, the staff paid attention to what we needed. The hotel is immaculate, with gorgeous gardens and rooms, and spaces to sit outside on a balcony or piazza. There’s jasmine, rosemary, flowers, and trees all around. The pool was pristine, and the sea is only a few steps away, with views of Maddalena Island. It’s a remote getaway on beautiful Sardinia, and one we won’t forget. The Mediterranean water is crystal clear, the staff are attentive, the meals are fabulous, and the comfortable, beautiful surroundings make it easy to rest, relax, and have fun.

The only drawbacks were the limited parking and the somewhat remote setting. If you want lots of dining options, this probably isn’t the place for you. We liked the quiet location for our short visit, though, and had a perfect four-night stay with our family. The resort is intimate and better than we expected. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were first class and accommodating. We enjoyed the beach bar every evening. The restaurant was busy, but families could order from the pool menu until 6pm, with some great pasta and simple dishes. Breakfast was very good. I believe they’ve made some renovations since earlier reviews. A great resort.

Breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and beach was amazing, as were the rooms and the staff. The hotel looks out over Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands. They provide their own beach umbrellas and chairs, and there’s a snack bar and boat hire on the beach too. We can’t rate the place highly enough and can’t wait to come back.
