The room was simple but clean, with air conditioning and parking, and breakfast was basic despite being homemade. What made the stay difficult was the lack of friendliness. We felt unwelcome, and hospitality matters to us. We wouldn't return. I'd rather pay more and feel able to enjoy the stay.

There’s plenty of greenery outside, with a large area shaded by tall trees, and the property has a private entrance and parking on site. Inside, our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a big bathroom and what we needed to manage comfortably on our own. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. It’s a quiet, elegant place in a convenient spot for visiting the area's main attractions, and the price felt more than fair. We’ll be back.

The homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious, and there was plenty more to choose from. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a really spacious shower. The owner was welcoming and friendly without hovering, and the location was fantastic. Just one small thing: the shower pressure is strong, though the spray itself could be better.

From the B&B, it's easy to walk into the center of Santarcangelo, and San Marino and the Romagna coast are also within easy reach. Breakfast followed the usual post-COVID-19 setup, with everything brought to the room. Would we come back? Who knows what life has planned for us... 😉

The room was plain but clean, and the price was very low. Still, the welcome felt rushed, there was no checkout, and breakfast was the biggest letdown, just the bare minimum left in the room. I don't think I'd stay again.
