The area around the albergo is peaceful and lovely, and parking there is free. The room was roomy, though the beds were small and uncomfortable. It’s a pleasant little place, but calling it a hotel feels like a stretch with so few hotel services. Check-in at 16:30 was stressful, since we had to wander around until it was time. Breakfast is best left unmentioned.

The balcony had a nice view, and our room was a good size, though we did find ants, which I suppose comes with being in the countryside. Information about the restaurant and where and when breakfast was served was very sparse. Breakfast itself was brought to our table by staff. There’s free parking on site, but the drive up is steep and winding. I was glad the restaurant terrace directly below us wasn’t open yet, since the noise would have made sleeping difficult. They seem to have put more thought into the style and decor than the personal touch.

We chose this place mostly for its spot near the highway and the promising-looking restaurant. The restaurant turned out to be lovely, with really good food and friendly service. The hotel itself is quite basic, and the beds were pretty hard. It works better as a one-night stop.

We’d happily stay here again. The prices are good, there’s parking at the hotel, and the restaurant downstairs serves lots of delicious Italian food. Breakfast has plenty of good-quality Italian products, too. The staff are really friendly, and both the rooms and the building are clean. The building has lovely details. Honestly, it deserves 4 stars instead of 3.

We only stayed one night, and it was just perfect. The staff were warm and welcoming, the place felt cosy, and checking in late at 21:00 was no problem. It’s dog friendly, there’s free parking, and the restaurant is awesome. We were about 45 minutes from the 5 lands. I recommend it.
