We’d gladly come back. The place is really well located, with public parking close by, and our clean, lovely room had a pleasant view, a small terrace and a nice bathroom. There was also an espresso and cappuccino machine and a kettle in the room. The hostess was friendly and helpful.

Our golden retriever got a little treat from the owner, who was super helpful throughout our five-night stay. There’s no pet fee, and they even include cleaning halfway through the stay. The room was spotless and tidy, and the B&B is conveniently near the center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. We’d definitely recommend it if you’re traveling with pets. Thanks for everything!

Breakfast was the one thing I’d suggest paying a bit more attention to. I understand the space is limited, but it might be enough to agree on a morning time and have cappuccinos and warm croissants brought to the room. We found breakfast options at bars near the lake and in Barisciano. The room and bathroom were clean, and Mrs. Teresa was kind, friendly and always ready with tips on what to see and where to eat. The B&B is in a strategic spot in the medieval village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio.

It’s just outside town, in a simple, quiet and private apartment below the main house. The place was clean, and the owner was kind and welcoming. Recommended.
