There was no TV in the room, and the house felt very old and gloomy. Honestly, it gave me the creeps. The girl said there was a bar nearby where we could have breakfast, even though we’d been told breakfast was included. As soon as I walked in, I was hit by a very strong musty smell. Avoid any untrustworthy people.

The owner, Bice, is a nice person, and parking is right outside the door against the wall. The town has an old-fashioned layout of alleyways instead of streets. Inside, the vintage-style rooms have wooden beams, but the hallway, bathroom, and bedroom are at different levels. It’s a good budget-friendly place to stay, with a good price.

The rooms are noisy, and you can hear a lot from the others. Still, this is a highly recommended place. There’s a shared kitchen and refrigerator, and when we had trouble with the hot water, Valentina fixed it straight away and moved us to a better room.

The suite is an apartment with a living room and fireplace, plus a large balcony overlooking Via Roma. It’s quiet and tastefully renovated. This excellent B&B has hotel-style rooms, carefully furnished to keep the look of old Sardinian homes, and there are a few kitchen accessories. I recommend it.

I was lucky to stay just one night. The room didn’t look like the photos, and the kitchen was filthy, with various animals wandering around. I wouldn’t recommend it.
