From the moment we arrived, the family welcomed us with warmth and genuine care. We'd chosen Penserhof Alpin Hotel on a friend's recommendation for our first trip to Italy, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. This family-run place went far beyond what we'd imagined. Our room felt cozy and homelike right away, while still being modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The whole staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The relaxed atmosphere has a lot of positive energy, and it somehow feels like both a retreat and a home. We're already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

I only stopped for coffee, then ended up staying a few days. The family and staff are warm, friendly, and caring. Modern, comfortable rooms, super clean, and the food is top. I highly recommend it ‼️

We booked by mistake, and it may be the best mistake I've made in ages. We're four bikers, and they found us a secure place to leave our bikes. We were late for dinner, but they waited well over an hour to seat us. Every meal was amazing, proper home-cooked five-star food. I'm sure we underpaid somewhere! These guys made the stay something else, and I'd be surprised if we didn't come back. They've been incredibly accommodating, seemingly without even realizing it.

On my way up Penser Joch, I stopped here for a quick rest. The staff promptly took my empty bike bottles and refilled them. I had excellent food and a lovely view from the terrace.

The people here are really polite, and the staff are incredibly nice. I had a drink out on the terrace, which has a really nice view.
