The food was pretty good too. What makes the place feel special is the glass building and all the views, plus a beautiful spa. The staff strike a nice balance between friendly and professional, and the two owners are very involved and caring. It could really be a five-star place. Maybe the small size and lack of a pool or similar amenity are what hold it back. Outstanding in nearly every other way.

The setting at Terra is awe inspiring, and the rooms and hotel were spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. After a full day hiking, the spa was just right. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and both nights the wine pairings worked beautifully with the meals. Dinner and breakfast both showed why the restaurant has two stars. I stayed for two nights, and the whole experience at Terra was spectacular, more than I can put into words.

The meals were the standout for me at Terra. The dishes were creative and full of flavor, with local produce and wild herbs, all presented simply and beautifully. Set high in the mountains and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it's a peaceful place that really encourages you to slow down and breathe. It gave us a rare chance to unplug during a hectic trip around Europe. We savored the food and enjoyed our time there.

With trailheads within walking distance, the setting in the peaceful mountains is lovely. Every person we met was warm, friendly, and attentive, and we appreciated how much care went into the details. It made for a truly special stay and dining experience. A real gem.

The restaurant was the highlight, with a menu inspired by nature that suited the whole atmosphere. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel in Sarentino is quiet and beautiful, surrounded by nature, and just right for relaxing and disconnecting. We'll definitely return.
