I drove for over an hour to get to my morning spa treatment on day five, only to find everything closed. The sign said it would open in the afternoon, but nobody had told me, either when I paid or last week. What if I can't make it back this afternoon? That drive was a complete waste, and I don't think it's fair to give no warning at all.
