The rooms were roomy and neat, and we had a really good stay in this peaceful spot. The owner was relaxed and very kind. One tip if you're coming from Pula: Google Maps may send you along a confusing route. After the water park, pass the bus stop and take the first left. Follow that road and look for the orange buildings.

Breakfast was generous and served in the garden out front. It's Italian style, though they can make changes if needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom even had a window, which you don't often find these days. Fulvio and Mrs. Rita were so kind that staying there felt like being with family. Rita looks after the place with real care. We had a very positive stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari and the surrounding area, even for a short break. It's a cozy, comfortable property in a quiet, green setting. We were there from September 5th to 14th.

The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and handy for getting around. It worked really well for bringing our dog. My boyfriend, our dog, and I stayed at the Santa Barbara farmhouse last week. The air conditioning gave us a small problem at first, but Fulvio, the owner, fixed it quickly and we went on to have a lovely week. He's kind and always available, and Rita, who makes breakfast and tidies the rooms, is just as friendly. One suggestion: the management could explain on the website what they mean by dinner reservations 24 hours in advance.

A quiet spot away from traffic, yet close to Chia's most beautiful beaches. The property is new, comfortable, and has private parking and air conditioning. There's a private bathroom, and the rooms were always clean. Rita served a great breakfast and was warm and welcoming. Fulvio was always on hand and treated us like friends, which made the welcome feel special. The price for what you get is exceptional. Highly recommended.
