Hotel Al Sant andrea

Miss Ilaria in the breakfast room was lovely and very professional. I also met the chef about some dietary requests, and she was great. We had two excellent dinners, so thanks to her. Breakfast was good and included a gluten-free option. It's a good three-star hotel with what you'd expect at that level. The rooms are simple, but very clean, which matters a lot, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

Dinner was a highlight: our waiter sang some of his favorite songs for all of us, which made it a memorable experience. We were traveling through Europe with my travel club, and our room was large and very comfortable. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming. I had a great stay and hope I can return someday :)

The reception staff were especially kind and polite, and gave us useful tips for visiting the 5 terre. The hotel looks like an old 80's structure from outside, but the hall is very nice and we were pleasantly surprised once we came in. The building is old, though the rooms are nice, and there's even a small spa area included in the price, which is a plus. It isn't the best hotel in town, but it costs little, so I'd suggest it if you're on a low budget.

Service was friendly, and we had no problems during our stay. The rooms are basic but have the necessities, and feel quite dated. The hotel's in a slightly odd area. You could say it's overpriced, though we booked very late, so that may have affected it.
