Clean and new, with a nice terrace and a kitchen guests can use. The supermarket and bus station are nearby. Its location is about halfway between Maria Pia beach and Alghero's old city. A nice place to stay, though the stairs may be difficult for some, and the shower space is only 80/80.

The rooms are clean, but the kitchen seems to be there just for show because you can't use it. Italy has a law that stops B&B owners from cooking for guests, but that doesn't mean guests can't cook for themselves. We won't book here again.

A peaceful place with polite people, and the kitchen was clean. A great spot to stay.
