Really beautiful, clean, and quiet.

The room itself is very nice, but it was cleaned really poorly. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom grout was black and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Worst of all, the bed had no slats, so sleeping on it was impossible.

Such a shame, because the owner is a nice person. But the cleanliness was awful: dust everywhere, heavy buildup in the bathroom, and a filthy fridge. Then there was the bed, with no slats at all. After lying on it for two seconds, it made you want to die.

The owner is extremely kind and pays close attention to details. Outside, the building can feel a bit daunting, but things change once you reach the first floor. It's right in the heart of Sassari's nightlife. Free motorcycle parking is directly across the way, and there's a covered lot nearby that costs €1 from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. It isn't suitable for people with mobility issues.

The former land registry office has been left completely abandoned and put up for auction. I doubt anyone will ever buy it: the restoration costs must be immense, and the building is so large it seems suited only to state offices, not private use. Its historic status and central city location also make it hard to alter.
