The whole hotel was extremely clean, and my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. I really enjoyed my three nights here and would stay again next time I visit Sassari. The staff were very helpful!

The reception staff were friendly, but I thought it was very poor value for money. The rooms and decor are ancient, like stepping back into the 80s, and the lifts need maintenance.

The hotel is dated, but it has a bit of charm, and I’d definitely stay again. Prices are reasonable for the area, and the WiFi worked really well even in the room. Everything was very clean, with daily room cleaning and towel changes. The staff were friendly and professional. It’s on Sassari’s main street, close to a small supermarket, restaurants, attractions and other places to eat and go. Private parking is available for 8€ a night. Breakfast could be improved with more options.

The room was clean and the location central, but the hotel is dated. The shower was falling apart, and there was no hot water one evening. The rooms felt overpriced, especially with the extra 8 euro daily parking charge. The waiters were extremely rude. We arrived ten minutes before breakfast and politely asked if we could grab something quickly because we had an early ferry. Instead of calmly explaining that it wasn’t possible, one waiter got angry and asked, “who let us in”. He eventually threw two croissants onto a plate and said, “here that’s enough”. An interesting idea of customer service.

The mini bar was broken, and the air conditioning was switched off overnight, even during extreme heat and red alerts. Really unsatisfying.
