Parco delle Valli

The clean room, quiet atmosphere, and warm welcome made our stay at the B&B Parco delle Valli a good one. Everything was simple but looked after, and the location was handy for Sassari's main attractions. It's a practical, comfortable option with convenient access and no surprises. I'd recommend it.

I've stayed here several times and have seen how carefully it's been renovated, right down to the details. The B&B is lovely and welcoming, very close to the center on foot and well-connected in general. Excellent 😊

I never got around to taking photos, which I regret. The place had a dirty duvet, hair on the floor, cobwebs in the ceiling light by the window, and a black lamp on the dresser. The toilet brush was so dusty above that I thought black might be its original color. There were holes in the doors and plaster coming away. You couldn't flush the toilet at night without disturbing the neighbors. I'm replying here because Booking.com doesn't let you respond. My rating may seem ridiculous, but not everyone has to give the same score. The B&B called her herself when she sent me a message introducing herself and sharing information. The breakfast photos show something different from what was provided, and she should take them down. The description clearly says, "EVERY DAY A BREAKFAST AWAITS YOU, WHICH YOU CAN ENJOY IN THE LIVING ROOM." As for the police, I suggest revisiting the matter. If you want to say none of this is true, fine, I understand you want to protect your property. Happy New Year to you😘

An experience to forget. The photos don't come close to showing the actual condition, and despite paying in advance, the owner, whom I never met, didn't issue an invoice. I think the place should be inspected and closed. There was no professionalism or helpfulness, and the guest's needs were met with indifference. Cleanliness was awful: mold, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty sheets, and stained towels decorated with black hairs. The bathroom looked terrible, with containers catching water leaking from a pipe. Worse, there was no entrance door that opened and closed with a lock, so practically anyone could come in and do as they pleased. We left after only one night of the five we'd booked because the conditions were unacceptable. We asked for a refund, then they disappeared without a trace. Scammers.
