Hotel Primo

We'd happily stay here again. The staff were attentive and quick to sort out a small problem I had, and the private parking was convenient and secure. Our room felt warm and welcoming, and had recently been renovated. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was included. It's a three-star hotel in a great spot near the Prato Est exit, handy for Florence and the surrounding area. A positive stay and very good value, with nothing to complain about.

The building looks a little dated in places, but it's spotless. The staff were welcoming and really knowledgeable. Parking is large, private, and secure, and the location is excellent, just over 5 minutes from the highway exit. I chose this three-star hotel last week after staying in Florence a year ago and picking it out then. It's good value, and I'd choose it again if I came back.

After a day at Asmana, we stayed one night and had a great time. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent.

Booking by phone went smoothly from the first conversation, and when my husband and I arrived in Campi Bisenzio, everyone greeted us so kindly and helpfully that we felt at ease right away. The staff were truly exceptional. Breakfast was generous and included in the price. It's rated three stars, but the care for guests and quality of the hospitality deserve at least five. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
