Parking around central Sassari can be chaotic, so being about a ten-minute walk from the center was handy and gave us more options. The rooms were welcoming and well kept, and the price felt very fair. There were welcome treats alongside coffee, tea, and herbal tea you could make yourself. Breakfast is served at the café, with sweet and savory choices. Recommended 👍🏻

Michele was kind and flexible, even letting us check in well ahead of the planned time. We also met someone who lives in the apartment for work, and he was lovely and shared a few suggestions for places to see. The location is very central, with everything within walking distance and plenty of useful things within 500 meters, including a large paid parking lot. We left our motorcycles on the sidewalk in front of the house. The room was spacious, very clean, and had an ensuite bathroom and everything we needed. Air conditioning was a must in the hot Sardinian summer and worked well for that purpose. Breakfast suited me perfectly, with lots of packaged snacks, tart, dry biscuits, muffins, toast, honey, jams, lactose-free milk, fruit juices, spreadable cheeses, and more. My boyfriend found it less satisfying because there weren't savory options. A couple of small things could be better. The hairdryer could be stronger or larger, though that's especially an issue for me because my hair is very long and wall-mounted dryers are often a problem. The bathroom smell spreads through the room. Michele has already tried to address it, but it seems to be a condominium issue and hard to resolve. For breakfast, it would be nice to have cold cuts, bread, oil, tomatoes to slice, or lactose-free cheeses.

We came back to Sassari on March 2nd and stayed just one night that time, after spending a whole week here on our first visit. The room was clean, cozy, and really quiet, and everything we needed was within 100 meters. Antonello answered our call when we booked on the morning of February 2nd, and we felt straight away that we'd chosen well. Michele welcomed us and was ready to help. The bar breakfast is adjusted to what you like, and the rooms feel welcoming and smell clean. The owners are very accommodating about guests' needs.
