We spent May 29th to June 4th, 2022, in the tourist apartment on Vicolo S. Chiara in Sassoferrato, and had a wonderful week. The small apartment is comfortable and sits right in the old town, with convenient public parking. It's in an ancient building photographed in the magazine "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy". The serene, almost magical atmosphere makes it easy to relax and reconnect with your spiritual self. There are abbeys, castles, museums, and churches all around, and at that time of year the hills are covered in flowering broom.

I wouldn't recommend it. The place feels old rather than vintage as advertised, and the third bed was so bad that I had to book a room at another hotel, which pushed the cost up further.

Right in the historic center, this sunny apartment is in a historic building and has a fully equipped kitchen. The stay also included a €3.50 discount for the Frasassi Caves.
