Luca was courteous and always available, and even welcomed us with a nice glass of wine. We felt right at home, and I highly recommend the place. We stayed for 3 days. The rooms were clean, there’s parking, and it’s quiet and very close to Soverato beach. A wonderful experience for us. Congratulations, Luca.

The room was new and very comfortable, and the property is really close to the center of Soverato. Luca greeted my boyfriend and me with a glass of wine and a nice chat. We had a wonderful four-day stay and highly recommend it.

We were delighted with our stay and would gladly recommend the place. The setting is pleasant and quiet, with good connections to several beaches. We were there the first week of September, and Fortunato Luca was kind, welcoming, and attentive to his guests.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Without a car, getting around is very inconvenient because of the location. In the apartment I stayed in, the bathroom flooded every time I showered because the door wouldn’t lock. The owner acted kind and helpful, but when I asked how to lock the apartment door, which had a very peculiar system, he even called me an idiot. I’d only consider the place worth it at €20 a night, and it isn’t even that cheap.

Luca deserves credit for making us feel at home, and that really says it all. The property is very clean and in a quiet area, close to Soverato beach. Thanks, and see you next time.
