We had a very enjoyable week of skiing here on a half-board package through Crystal Ski, and I'd stay again. The food was excellent, with a big choice at both breakfast and dinner to suit different tastes. The Queen's Lounge had a good drinks selection, a pool table and dartboard, plus tea, coffee and cakes when we came back from the slopes. The spa's hot tubs and sauna were great for unwinding. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, though a little dated and needing better soundproofing. The location worked well for us, with the Clotes chairlift about 400 metres away and shops, bars and ski hire close by.

The ski and boot room had heated boot holders that you slide your boots onto, a style I'd never seen before. The Queens Lounge was a fantastic bar, and the staff and food were just as good. We stayed in the last week of March 2026 and had the best time. It's a brilliant hotel in the centre of Sauze D'Doulx, and we couldn't fault it for a ski trip. Can't wait to come back.

We all had a great time on our ski holiday, and the food went down really well with everyone in our group of 17. The restaurant staff worked hard but still made time for us, and the whole team were friendly and very helpful. Thanks to everyone who made the trip so memorable.

We had a fantastic week at Relais. Our twin room had one double bed and one single. The food was good, with plenty of choice and generous portions. The Clotes chairlift is only a five-minute walk away, though the walk is quite steep uphill.

The breakfast and tea had a great range of good-quality food. Rooms are basic but clean, and the shower is small and a bit tired. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Clotes lift. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when asked.
