We came to try the pizza after hearing it was good, but I wouldn’t eat here again. The dining room was very noisy, and the meal wasn’t the experience I expected. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. My pizza was extremely thin, with fat dripping off it. Honestly, it didn’t feel much like a real pizza. At €12, the price also felt outrageous for what you get.

We had a family meal here the day before Easter Sunday. The oven-roasted prime filetto/veal was cooked perfectly, with potatoes and grilled vegetables. We followed it with select Friulani wines, desserts, liqueurs, then coffee, including one cappuccino and an espresso. The restaurant sits behind the hotel and its attached tavern/osteria. It has a great atmosphere and feels like a friendly place for families to gather. Plenty of parking, and wheelchair accessible throughout.

The showers were lovely and hot, and all the amenities were well maintained. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and the gelato, which was very good and came in a big portion. It’s a well-looked-after camper sosta, with good bike routes, nice views, and a peaceful feel if you park away from the road and train tracks. Excellent stop. Recommended.

The owner and staff made us feel very welcome when we stayed a night in our camper van. Electricity (16A) and hot showers were available, all for 15 euros. Such a great deal.

The tiramisu with bananas was good, but I left disappointed after coming for the pizza. The dough was thin and crunchy, and definitely didn’t seem homemade. Take a look at other people’s photos and judge for yourself, that’s not how pizza should look.
