There weren’t many thoughtful supplies for guests: just three rolls of toilet paper for four adults over five nights, four coffee pods total, no tea, barely a drop of dish soap, and four shampoos altogether. If I’d stayed longer, I would have had to buy quite a lot of things. The apartment was well maintained, though not exceptionally so, and a little far from the centre. It also felt small for four people.

Parking was very difficult, so I’d recommend buying a parking space separately. The location was good and handy for the fairgrounds, and customer service was friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness could be better, and there was no shampoo or shower gel. Don’t look at the split air conditioning, it’s scary.

Carlo and his daughter were wonderful. They live nearby and were available whenever we needed help with the apartment. They also gave us daily suggestions for planning our stay, including places to visit and schedules. We stayed from August 9th to 13th and had a wonderful time. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well furnished, with a small courtyard on the ground floor that made handling luggage and groceries convenient. Excellent value for money. We recommend staying here!

We had private parking, and the apartment was well heated. The bathroom was new and spacious, with a hairdryer. It’s a nice studio just outside Bolzano, easy to find and a 10-minute drive from Piazza Walther. Inside there’s an entrance hall and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and two induction burners. We found everything we needed.

The host was very friendly, and we had a great time here with our newborn baby in December before Christmas. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, in an excellent location. I highly recommend it.
