A choice I don't regret! The building, room, garden, location and facilities have all been carefully thought out and well managed. What mattered most to me was how tidy and clean the room was, with simple, elegant decor. It looked much better in person than in the Agoda photos. We could see Etna from the balcony and enjoyed it throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset. Mascali itself was a lovely, small, quiet town with a great beach, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Mario was kind enough to wait for our late check-in, and we found the rooms clean and comfortable for sleeping. There was free street parking that felt safe and was easy to find, plus lovely views of Mt Etna. The rooms themselves were spacious and beautiful, and getting onto the highway for Taormina was easy, about 30 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Etna and the sea are both only a short trip away. We stayed in a bright, roomy space with all the comforts we needed, including a very comfortable bed and pillows. The property has been renovated recently, and the furnishings are modern, tasteful, and understated.

Mario, the owner, made us feel welcome and was very helpful. The rooms are in a new building, furnished in a modern style and kept with care down to the smallest details. They had all the comforts we needed.
