I Cardellini

We found public parking easily each day, including a space right outside the front door at different times. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance, and the apartment itself was modernly furnished and very clean. It felt secure, with a solid door and lock. The two balconies look in different directions, one over the village towards Etna and the other towards the beach. On clear days, the view reaches the Italian mainland. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, with pots, pans, cutlery, a dishwasher and an oven, plus air conditioning and heating. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine, the other with a whirlpool. The owner handed over the keys when we arrived, and we left them in the apartment when we departed. We booked it to explore Sicily's east coast, and the location worked well, about 45 minutes from Catania airport. I'd recommend it.
