The way they spoke to us in the morning was really rude. The lady who checked us in had returned our documents, but apparently the policy is to keep them until checkout. Not a nice way to wake up.

I've stayed here twice with my boyfriend, in two different suites, and both experiences were fantastic. The first was the Pearl Suite about two years ago for Valentine's Day, decorated by "LA REGINA DELLE FESTE". The suite itself is beautiful, with a hot tub, private sauna, and a relaxation area with a teapot and a mini fridge stocked with drinks. I added a fruit platter and two non-alcoholic drinks, which looked lovely and tasted great. The decor was wonderful too. For our second Valentine's Day, in 2026, we chose the huge, private Immersive Spa Suite. I again had "LA REGINA DELLE FESTE" decorate the whole suite. I also added a fruit platter and a charcuterie platter, and they left me speechless. Breakfast was included, with croissants, cappuccino, and coffee picked up at the bar and selected especially for us. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. I can't imagine a better hotel.

We booked the room with the hot tub and sauna, but there was no cold water. When we asked the receptionist, she said there was a problem with the boiler. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise, but I ended up just sleeping somewhere that wasn't home. The staff were very kind, and the property is nice overall, so I don't blame them or the facility. Whoever is responsible should make sure guests get the full comfort they're paying €150 for.
