Scafa is a welcoming little town, with friendly, open people, plenty of places to eat nearby, and a safe feel. We got there by train from Rome and found the B&B easy to reach without a car. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Kataryna was warm and friendly, happy to help with anything, and made us feel more like friends than guests. Breakfast had fresh eggs, orange juice, sandwiches, and lots of homemade cakes. The cakes were kept in the fridge afterward, so we could help ourselves to a snack later. Our son loves hot chocolate, and they made sure he could have some too. We've stayed in some great places, but very few deserve more than five stars. This is one of them.

I needed reliable internet for a business trip, and the fast connection made working remotely easy, even out in the shady gazebo. There’s also the option of taking a bike trip around the area. My room had an “Olive” theme, with a little but comfortable work area and a Juliet balcony looking onto a quiet, atmospheric street. I liked the mix of a simple modern bathroom and the rustic room, with artisan furniture and old Italian wooden shutters. Everything was clean, from the spotless bathroom and comfortable bed to the fresh-smelling laundry, and the smart air conditioning was powerful. Francesco and Katerina were friendly and did their best to meet my needs. Breakfast came with sandwiches, homemade baked goods and desserts, plus good coffee and tea. You can eat in the small retro dining room or outside in the gazebo. The location just inside Scafa, almost straight off the motorway, was very convenient, and there’s free public parking across from the B&B. I had a lovely stay.

I can’t say enough good things about our visit.

We had a very generous breakfast, with pastries, tarts and other treats prepared by the owners, as well as freshly squeezed juice, coffee and cappuccino. The welcome and attention to detail made the stay especially pleasant, and Francesco and Caterina were always available to help. The rooms and furnishings were comfortable too. In the evening, you can book an aperitif from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Ours came with plenty to eat: homemade bread with porchetta, tomato focaccia, cured meats and different cheeses, alongside wine or Prosecco. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We booked an aperitif, and they surprised us with so many tasty dishes that we had a little room to ourselves. Francesco treated us to his specialties, and Kateryna was so sweet and attentive. They welcomed us like friends and were ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed being there. Breakfast the next morning was just as lovely, carefully prepared and served by them. It all felt like home. ❤️
