B&B Prà de Mandè

Our room was on the small side, but cozy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of greenery, and has a romantic, old-fashioned feel. We only spent one night here, though we could have happily stayed for days. A lovely choice if you’re after peace and quiet.

We booked this as a stop on the way to southern Italy and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was gorgeous, both luxurious and authentic, and the pool sits in a lovely garden. The whole green setting is stunning.

Carlo made us feel welcome right away, and the photos had already drawn us in. My partner and I came for a weekend of total relaxation and got exactly that. The property’s little private pool is clean and well looked after, and our rustic apartment had been fully renovated and was clean and cared for too. It’s tucked among the woods and hills, so quiet that you can forget the rest of the world. Carlo was warm, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely repeat it.

The open-air gazebo made breakfast pleasant, but everything on the table was pre-packaged. For a B&B in the hills, that was a letdown. Our room had lots of cobwebs, and some of the towels weren’t clean. We got the sense the place wasn’t well maintained, which was poor. The quiet, traffic-free hillside location was nice, and the view of the hills from the pool was beautiful, but that was about all we liked.
