We spent a week here and found the host family warm and kind. Davide was especially considerate, and I felt very welcome. The apartment had towels, coffee, tea, Wi-Fi, and some homemade olive oil, which we bought when we left. We also made good use of our private terrace for dinner while watching the sunset. The location gives you lovely views over Firenze and the surrounding mountains, including from the pool. It's a short drive to the tram station, where there's free parking, and the tram goes straight into the city centre. I don't understand the one-star reviews. If you're looking for a place to stay in Firenze, I'd come here; you won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely 10 days in the Sirocco apartment. It was even nicer than the photos suggest, cozy, spacious, and well equipped. The terrace looks out over the city, and the pool area is great too. It's a great base for visiting Florence. Davide was polite and helpful throughout. We recommend it!

We had a perfect three-night stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and just right, and the pool comes with a magnificent view. The staff were so nice, gentle, and funny. The place is only a few kilometres from a station with a direct connection to Florence. Thanks so much.

Davide was a very friendly host, and the spacious Scirocco apartment had great views and a nice pool. Florence is close enough to reach easily by tram, with free parking available. A fantastic place.
