The place was beautiful, the staff very friendly, and our room was wonderful for the one night we stayed. I recommend trying the food and wine too, both were really tasty.

I spent 3 nights in an apartment in January 2026. It was very cold inside, and the bathroom only had one bar of soap and a tiny half-used bottle of shampoo. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We loved it. The terrace overlooks the town of scansano, and the setting is astonishing. Dinner is fantastic if you want real Tuscan grilled meat or other great meat dishes. They also make their own wine, oil, and gin. I can't recommend it enough.

We’ve just come back from a fantastic week here with two families, four adults and three kids, and we all loved it. There’s plenty of room to relax, the views are fantastic, and the pools are great, surrounded by greenery. The apartments are a good size at 70 m2 and well equipped. You can cook for yourselves or opt for their breakfasts and meals, with no pressure either way. Matteo and his team run the place with real passion and dedication, while still respecting your privacy and choices. It’s pet friendly, too. The location is far enough from the hectic spots, but close enough to drive to the beach in 40 min. Maremma feels like a whole different world waiting to be discovered. Pitigliano, Montemerano, Sovana, and other places are less known than parts of Tuscany, and still feel authentic. If you want to experience the slow life, Italian style, this is the place. We’ll definitely return.
