This was a double room just after the seasonal opening at the end of March. The mountain view, room cleanliness, parking, and friendliness of some staff were positives. Management was polite too. Heating only came on during set periods in the morning and afternoon, apparently to save expenses. With average temperatures around 7 degrees at this time of year from 5pm to 8am, the room dropped well below 18 degrees. After we complained, the heating hours were extended, but the bed covers were useless and we still felt cold. The breakfast buffet was reduced to the bare minimum.

The hotel is in an amazing spot, and we had a wonderful holiday. The staff were excellent and helpful with our trips. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good, served in a small room with a view. I first stayed here last year and loved it enough to return this year. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and well-kept, with large rooms overlooking the valley. Highly recommended!

Martin and his mother were so kind, and their advice for sightseeing and hiking was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated, with exceptional mountain views. Breakfast was delicious too. This family-run hotel is a fantastic base for exploring South Tyrol, in a beautiful setting. Go without hesitation!
